30-day window on made-to-order items
You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of your delivery date. We accept returns for both defective and non-defective items, provided they are unworn, unwashed, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached.
Returns Accepted
Both defective and non-defective items, within 30 days of delivery.
Exchanges Accepted
Direct exchanges for a different size or style are welcome.
No Restocking Fee
We never charge a restocking fee on eligible returns.
Items We Cannot Accept
- Items worn, washed, altered or damaged after delivery.
- Items returned without original packaging or tags.
- Requests made more than 30 days after the delivery date.

Pack it up
Repack the item securely in its original packaging with tags attached.
Drop it off
Drop the package at any USPS, UPS, or FedEx location.
Refund or exchange
We inspect on arrival and process your refund or exchange within 2 business days.
Swapping a size or style
Tell us what you want
Email your order number and the item or size you’d like instead.
Get your free label
We send a free prepaid return label — download and print it.
Ship it back
Return the item to: {ADDR}.
We inspect
Our team checks the returned item once it arrives.
Replacement sent
Your replacement is produced upon order and shipped within 2 business days after inspection. If it cannot be remade, we issue a full refund.
Cancelling before production
Because every item is printed to order, cancellations depend on whether production has started.
