1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or purchasing from zodaluna.shop, a website operated by Nguyen Xuan Toan, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to place an order. Our products and site are intended for adults.

3. Orders & Made-to-Order Production

All items are printed to order. When you place an order, you authorize us to produce that item upon order. An order is confirmed only after PayPal captures payment and we send a confirmation email.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are in USD and payment is processed through PayPal. The price displayed is the final product price. Any applicable sales tax, if required by your state, will be calculated at checkout. We may correct pricing errors and cancel affected orders with a full refund.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship to all 50 US states for a $4.95 flat rate. Estimated timing is 2–5 business days production plus 3–5 business days delivery. Timeframes are estimates, not guarantees.

6. Returns & Exchanges

Eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery under our Returns & Refund Policy, including free return shipping for sizing and change-of-mind returns and an Order Cancellation process.

7. Product Information & Availability

We work to display products accurately, but colors and finishes may vary slightly because each item is produced upon order. We may limit or discontinue any product at any time.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on zodaluna.shop, including designs, text, and graphics, belongs to Zodaluna and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, submit false information, or use our products or content unlawfully.

10. Disclaimers

The site and products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind beyond those required by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the website.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zodaluna is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zodaluna and Nguyen Xuan Toan from claims arising out of your misuse of the site or violation of these terms.
