How and when your made-to-order Zodaluna items are produced, shipped and delivered across the United States.

Flat-rate shipping, made-to-order production
Every Zodaluna order is printed to order. That means we produce your item upon order before it ships, so the total time to your door is production time plus delivery time.

All 50 States
We deliver to all 50 United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.
Carriers
Orders ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, assigned automatically based on your location and order.
Following your order
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update after you receive it.
Lost or Missing Packages
If tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, or transit stalls, contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We open an investigation with the carrier, which takes 3–5 business days. Once resolved, we provide a replacement or a full refund.
Failed Delivery or Wrong Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, a re-ship fee applies to send it again.
Order Changes
Because items are produced upon order, changes can only be made before production begins. Email us as soon as possible with your order number and we will help if the order has not yet entered production.
